Hiking parking lot Jagdhaus
Village center in Latrop or cycle station in Fleckenberg
Easy hike with only a few ascents via the Rothaarsteig and the Rothaarsteig valley variant to Latrop and further along the Latrop stream to Fleckenberg.
From the Jagdhaus hiking parking lot, cross the Jagdhaus football pitch. Take the hiking trail on the left with the signs "SR" (Schmallenberger Rundweg) in a circle and "X6" in the direction of "Millionenbank". There is a refuge there. Follow the Rothaarsteig valley variant and the hiking sign "L3" towards Latrop.In Latrop, the "L3" leads you through the beautifully landscaped park of the village and through meadows along the Latrop. Cross the Latrop stream at a bridge and head back into the forest, following the "L3" hiking sign to the Waidmannsruh hiking parking lot. At the Waidmannsruh hiking parking lot, follow the hiking sign "A2" through the valley parallel to the Latrop in the direction of Fleckenberg. Follow the path until you reach the Wulf sawmill shortly before Fleckenberg.Continue straight ahead on the asphalt path, leaving the sawmill on your right, until you see a small pond on your left. Here you turn onto the "Erlenweg" path, which leads you downhill to the right into a small wood. Follow the "Erlenweg" with the hiking sign "F2" until you reach the Latropbrücke bridge in Kapellenstraße. Cross the road here and follow hiking trail "F2" straight ahead, which takes you past the pedal pool, accompanied by the renaturalized Latrop stream, to the cycle station on Jagdhauser Straße.

Alternative A, parking in Fleckenberg:
Park in Fleckenberg, take the Ismo 466 line from Fleckenberg "Radstation" (no parking available) to Jagdhaus and hike back to Fleckenberg or Latrop (take the Ismo 466 line back to Fleckenberg).
Alternative B, parking in Jagdhaus:
Park at the sports field in Jagdhaus, walk to Latrop (bus route Ismo 466 from "Wendeplatz" back to Jagdhaus) or to Fleckenberg (route 466 from "Radstation" back to Jagdhaus).
Alternative C, parking in Latrop:'
Park at the "Wendeplatz" in Latrop, take the Ismo 466 line to Jagdhaus and walk back to Latrop or Fleckenberg (take the 466 line from Fleckenberg "Mitteldorf" back to Latrop).
Alternative D, parking in Schmallenberg:
Take the Ismo 466 from Schmallenberg "Schützenplatz" or "Kirche" to Jagdhaus, walk to Latrop (Ismo 466 from "Wendeplatz" Latrop) or Fleckenberg (bus stop "Mitteldorf") and take the bus back to Schmallenberg.
